 Aimee is the Welsh juvenile champion on R10/17. What a great come back after she crashed her bike the day before the time trial. She managed 25.20 mins in unhelpful conditions with all the pouring rain ☔️. Brilliant!
 Cas's best race this year was Hetton Lyons in July. This event consisted of 2 events shorter than the normal distance. In the first race, she finished in 3rd place and in the second race she WON! This meant that she averaged a 2nd position which gave her a lot of points towards the series rankings.
 Cas represented the Nottingham team this weekend, racing against 15 mixed teams of elite triathletes. They all raced superbly and what an experience to be amongst such high calibre professional athletes.
