PB for Billy on DMT

16/5/2018

This weekend Billy competed again in Telford and received a new personal best by 2 points which is outstanding.  He completed a new move - a double double and landed well to pick up these extra points.  Fingers crossed for his training over the next three weeks on the trampoline and best of luck in the next British Qualifier.

Casarena competes at the Llanelli Sprint Triathlon

13/5/2018

Cas is placed 14th today at her first big open water triathlon race of the season and coming out of a recent running injury it is a superb performance!
She had a really good swim and chased the front pack of the cyclists to come in off the bike is 2nd position!
Her run was the weakest element but bearing in mind her recent injury she is ready and motivated to smash Blenheim in a few weeks time!

Billy competes at the British Qualifiers in Telford

13/5/2018

Billy competed at the British Qualifiers in Telford last weekend and completed all his trampolines routines and all 4 DMT (Double Mini Trampoline) passes even with the partial injury. He achieved personal bests in both disciplines coming 5th on DMT and 9th on Trampoline. He needed to be 8th or above on Trampoline to get to the British finals but was pleased with his PB. On DMT his PB and 5th place means he has qualified for the British Finals later this year. He has his second chance for qualifying at British Finals in Trampoline on 2nd May, so fingers crossed!!

Aimee gets an invitation from British Cycling!

3/5/2018

British Cycling emailed Aimee last night inviting her to come along to the national school of racing which is a step up from the RSR (Regional Schools of Racing) sessions that she's already attended. It's one more step towards her dream & if she performs well in these upcoming sessions and races throughout the year she may get an invitation to go to the British Cycling junior academy, by the end of the year! Which is amazing! So all on the right path going forward .  Well done Aimee!!

Aimee is having great success at TT races

Aimee has done really well doing the TTs (time trials) in Worcester St. John's on Tuesday evening. She did the 2-up in 23:38 for 10 miles & a solo TT 10 miles round a tougher course on Tuesday in 25:58 taking the course record on strava by 1 minute. What a great start to the season and thanks Richard Goode for all the wattbike sessions!
