Kaitlyn ran the midlands XC champs at Prestwold Hall in Loughborough - 2nd place, but was leading the whole way till the last 400m where she didn’t quite have the strength so she dropped to second place. A superb performance - well done!  Mitchell made it to the semi final in tour two so a great start to qualifying for the World Championships! Two semi finals in one day winning £100 - fantastic result!  What a great end of the cyclocross season for Lewis with a 5th place at the National Cyclocross Championships and a team gold medal. Well done Lewis!  We are very excited that Millie Short is joining CASS & Friends. Millie has been boxing for 2 years and last year she took the Midlands title and then went on to get bronze at the national schools championships. We wish her the very best of luck this year!
