ARC Perofrmance's vision is to bring elite assessment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and training, once only found at the highest echelons of sport, to everyone, allowing you access to all the tools needed for performance at all levels. 

ARC Performance was born out of Ben's and James' desire to provide world-class physical support to those who can’t access the elite high-performance system. With the primary aim to enhance communications between healthcare professionals and performance coaches to decrease injury recovery times, significantly reduce the risk of injury, and enhance physical performance.
Ben and James bring many years of experience across a variety of sports, from grassroots and youth development, through to Olympic medallists and World champions. Combining their experience alongside state-of-the-art technology, such as the Vald Dual Force Decks and Active Force Digital Dynamometer, they can seamlessly deliver you to your physical goals, by creating impactful individualised programmes that are science evidenced and your progress tracked through objective data.
