We are so excited that Kaitlyn Sheppard is joining CASS & Friends. She's an awesome runner...on the track last season she ran 10.10 for 3000m which at 15 is super quick and she has run a 5 mile road race this year in 31.32. Now Kaitlyn is concentrating on the cross country season.
Billy has received great news! He has been selected to represent England as a member of the English Gymnastics Double Mini Trampoline squad for the 2020 season. We wish him all the best for next season.
We are delighted that Charlie Hardiman, a pupil at All Saints Academy in Cheltenham has joined CASS & Friends.
Yesterday we were awarded a £500 Magic Little Grant and the money will be split between our four Worcestershire based athletes to help them pay for some additional equipment and coaching. This project has been made possible by a grant from Localgiving and Postcode Community Trust, a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
Sir Henry Elwes of the Honourable Company of Gloucestershire kindly presented us with a cheque for £1000 on 16th November and we in turn were able to give £200 to each of our five Gloucestershire based athletes.
Olivia has just come back from Bahrain with not only her first ITF singles title but also a doubles title as well!
