OLIVIA AVERY'S BIOGRAPHY
Hi my name is Olivia, I have just turned 12 years old and I have an identical twin sister Evie, we are a little competitive!
I love running, I like cross country and track. I particularly like and compete in the 1200m and mile. I started running cross country in yr 3 at primary school. I didn't train at that point and just enjoyed the races but then realised that I was good at it. I joined Cheltenham Harriers aged 9 and that is where my journey really began. I started competing in small competitions doing the 800m races and as I got a little bit older I have competed in the 1200m. Last year I was so privileged to represent Cheltenham Harriers in the Youth Development League, competing in the 1200m races. .

My main achievements to date are getting a bronze medal in the Road relays with my sister Evie and team mate Maddie and we came 10th in the National road relays too. I came 3rd in this years U13 Gloucestershire cross country league and my best achievement was coming 12th in the Schools National Cross country final.
In the future I would like to compete in more track competitions and would like to try indoor track as I have never done it. I am also looking forward to having a go at some more road races. Thank you to CASS & Friends for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this community. I am so excited to learn from all of you. |
