AMBER TANDY'S BIOGRAPHY
Hi, I’m Amber and I am 13 years old and I love sport, especially sprinting. I’ve been attending athletic training since I was 9, but I didn’t really start competing until last year.
At the end of last summer, I competed in the 75m at the National Youth Development Final with my club up in Manchester, achieving a bronze medal. Earlier this year Gloucestershire U13 girls won a place in the National Sportshall Final, where I came first in the standing triple jump, jumping over 7m from a standing position. . |
I’ve enjoyed competing at Cheltenham District Schools competition for my school the last 2 years and hope to continue this next year. This summer, I have represented Gloucestershire in 100m at both the South West Schools and at South West Intercounty championships.
I am grateful to CASS & Friends for including me in their community and look forward to their support and guidance. |
