ARTHUR MEREDITH'S BIOGRAPHY

​Hello my name is Arthur, I am 16 and I'm an ITF Taekwondo athlete. I started training in 2019 when I was 10 with my local club  Apex Martial Arts Academy in Evesham. My first competition was in March 2021 and have competed in many competitions since. I recently won the gold medal in sparring at the ITF England British National Championships in London. At the moment I am at red belt  grade working towards black belt. I am currently training for the European championships in Holland in May 2025 and the International World cup in Spain 2026 as well as many other National competitions.
